You do not live as a body. You do not live in a body. You live as experience. There is not other than experience.
The entirety of every problem ever experienced lays in the reality of duality. Reasoning and excuse building will offer an infinite number of other explanations and causes. Each of which is a demonstration of the actual genesis being duality. Seeing the actual nature of duality is the evaporation of problems.
You are not the experiencer of experience. You are not the doer of that which is done. You are not the feeler of feelings. If the question of "if it is not me, than who is it?" arises, return to the offering until an alternative thought arises.
As the doer of what is done, conditions arise. Being that which is, conditions evaporate.
The ocean is not moved by waves, the ocean moves as waves. Likewise, actuality is not moved, blocked or disturbed by reality - actuality moves as reality.

Self Awareness is not.⠀ No reality arises with greater potential for suffering than that in which you are the audience for your self.⠀ Self awareness is not. Self is not. Awareness is not. ⠀ See the actual nature of those realities and your hand will fall from your own neck.
The entirety of it is as simple as this: ⠀ You are not other than current experience.⠀ ⠀ Any indication that is it otherwise is a reality.⠀ ⠀ Mistaking a reality for actual is the doorway to suffering.
